The perfect location with public marinas & boat launch 5 minutes away. Besides lake fun, the world famous White River is just 10 minutes away to enjoy some of the best trout fishing in America.

THE PROPERTY

The moment you step on the front porch the views of Howard creek, the “Promise Land” and Bull Shoals Dam will amaze you. The home offers a modern decor with open concept to enjoy great fellowship. Enjoy the fireplace for chilly evenings in the living room or enjoy private time in the glassed in sun room. Relax on the outdoor deck to view amazing sunsets while grilling and sharing stories of the day or enjoy the fire pit with the family roasting s’mores. Test your skills with a game of corn hole while the gang cheers you on.

Enjoy the fully furnished kitchen with amazing lake views, 3 bar stools nestled around the island bar, plus dining table to share the day’s adventures. A washer & dryer are available if needed. The master bedroom offers a private bath, large walk-in closet, TV with stunning views of the lake. Have fun in the game room complete with ping pong table, darts, table games & 55” TV. Great views overlooking the lake & nightly sunsets.

THE LOCATION

Don’t forget your lake or river boat to maximize your stay. If you don’t have a boat you can easily rent a ski boat t, Jet Ski, or pontoon for the day at Lakeview marina or Bull Shoals Lake Boat dock minutes away. There are several locations to bank fish on the lake & river or if you’re looking for a trip of a lifetime try a guided ½ day trip on the White River!

Need a break from the lake or river be sure to check out the James A. Gaston visitor center, a free product of Arkansas Parks & Tourism well worth the visit. Pending show dates, you might consider a night out at the Bull Shoals Theater of the Arts for a variety of different entertainment. Bull Shoals Caverns is just 10 minutes, there are several hiking and biking trails to enjoy nature at its finest within 10 minutes. Bull Shoals State Park offers special events each month. We have indoor & outdoor shooting ranges to test your skills at some trap shooting or maybe a round of golf with two golf courses just 30 minutes away. Try your luck at bowling or shoot some pool if you’re waiting for the weather to clear. If antiquing is your style we have several places to choose throughout the twin lakes area. Looking for a special dining night out try Gaston’s restaurant overlooking the White River with hundreds of hanging antiques throughout or the 178 club with bar. For a casual meal try Beacon Point, Anthonee’s Kitchen or Bush’s Pizza all within 10 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
